Out Of Character Section:
How long have you been playing on serious roleplaying servers?: I've been on garry's mod for a long time and I have enjoyed it. I have been rping for a good six years and out of those six years i've had four of those years with either star wars or Half life rp. I played on Shock core gaming's rp for a year but left due to family issues.
Do you understand the order-of-rank system similar to military, and are willing to take orders?: Yes, I have taken a view at it and of course i'm willing to take orders and follow with a tight fist.
Do you understand all rogue actions involving the CCA must be approved by a super-administrator?: Yes, I do understand this and I am really fine with this as I have no problem with it.
What is your timezone?: My current time zone is PST, since I am placed in California.
What is the goal of the CCA/MPF?: The current goal of the CCA/MPF is to keep maintaining the civilian population using fear tactics, they are to keep control of sectors. They need to uphold the Universal Union laws. The population is always under watch.
Why should we accept you for CCA/MPF?: I'm more used to the surrounding information around half life as for most of my life I read about it and researched it, I've tweaked my games over and over trying to make it better. I think I could have a better grip about this stuff than others, Im mature and responsible, I keep after myself and sometimes others in need.
Which divisions would you most be interested in?: I'm fine with going straight into UNION, but for later time when applicable I could try to go into HELIX/GRID. If needed i'm willing to make a change.
Character's Backstory (150 words minimal):
Aegis was a Seven during the time of the war that only lasted seven hours. He was doing karate during the time before the war, not that it stuck to him. He kept trying to learn it during the time after. He learned many things from the people around him. He grew up in the slums for most of his life before one day, he used what he could to save a CP from danger. After the conflict they had a brief conversation which he barely remember but only a few words from the man. "One day look towards the CCA." Their brief conversation made such an impact on him and his life. He kept working harder and harder in the cities to get himself in life. One day he was transfered over to City 17, During this time he enlisted into the CCA in a hope to follow in the man's path. He wanted to be better and aid the control. Durin his young age's he wanted to become a cop, maybe this was his chance to become something of security! Being from a german family he always knew the work arounds of things. He soon earned a brown band.
Give an RP example of how to RP as a Unit (20 Lines minimum):
UNION UNIT #87243, He began sweep through his sector with UNION UNIT #52252.
Union Unit's #87243 and #52252 came across an ally entrance with three Citizens in a half circle, they were gathered around something.
One of the Citizens stashed it in their pockets.
Unit #87243 spoke with a loud clear voice. <;"You Citizen's against the wall!":> He pointed to the near by wall.
Two of the citizens gathered upon the wall as the last one stood there fidgeting.
Unit #87243 unclipped his Stunbaton and looked towards Unit #52252's way.
Unit #87243 brought his Baton up and set it to high voltage as the last citizen lunged at them.
The Citizen lunged at #52252 but with a swift movement Unit #87243 slammed the baton against his head. The shock knocked him out.
Unit # 52252 removed the item and detained the Citizen as Unit #87243 shouted at the citizens. "<:Apply!":>
The Citizens spit out their C.I.D's. Unit #87243's set his baton to medium shock and then he procceded to slam it into the right mans leg and the left mans back.
Both Units dragged the one civi into the street and requested a APC transport.
The APC came around quickly and they threw him in.
The Units returned to the other civi's.
They began to give a high shock beating to each of them.
Both citizens were knocked out and left, the units began to resume their regular patrol.
Unit #87243 spoke into his radio. <:"Units #87243 and #52252 are resuming regular patrol pattern, Over.":>
They got a response. <:"Copy that Units.":> the operator said before resuming her duties.
Unit #87243 reclipped his stun baton after turning it off.
The Units both looked up at the clouds that cleared the sky.

Unit #65032, your best friend since you joined the CCA together, has been rejecting his metropolice rations, not consuming them regularly. He says this is to allow him to be more capable in the field but you notice his hands shaking and his strength weakening. What do you do? Do you mention this to High-Command?
UNION Unit #87243 would approach unit #65032.
Unit #87243 spoke to him in a concerned tone.<:"You need to consume your rations normally.":>
Unit #65032 would reply first with a sigh. <:"I know..":>
Unit #87243 would say more laid back.<:It's affecting your health. Look at yourself.":> he would shake his head as he returned back to his post.
Unit #87243 would soon later report this too High Command.
Situation #2:
Units #79275, #59278, and you(#95273) are initiating patrol around the outskirts of the town, D1, D2, and D3 as per DvL instruction. Give an in-character radio of what you will announce to the active police force to make them aware of your activity: As the Units began to start thier patrol, Unit #95273 began to radio in. "The Units #79275, #59278, and #95273 are forming a 10-50 throughout D1, D2, and D3 as per DvL Instruction. The designation PT-1. Over and out."

An Irish citizen, height 5'2" and weight 120lbs approaches you with a sickly stature. He says that he has not been given enough rations and quite loudly demands for more. What do you do?
Unit #87243 would plant his hand in front of him stopping the male.
The Citizen would began to rant on about the rations. <;"I NEED RATIONS MORE RATIONS NOW!:>
The Unit would cut him off with a more calmed voice. "Against the wall."
The Citizen would ignore him and go on more about the rations and getting in the unit face.
The Unit would shove the male back and with a clear voice.<:"GAINST THE WALL.":>
The Unit Unclipped his baton and kept it at his side.
The Citizen came at him but the unit would turn on his baton and jab him in the gut.
The Unit spoke again.<:"Apply.":>
The shaken man would spit his C.I.D out frantically.
The Unit slammed the baton against the man again.<:"Wait until the Ration recycle.":>
Unit #87243 turned his baton on and clipped it to his side before walking off.
