Riot shield for CCA

A riot shield could be very helpful in certain situations. The obvious being a citizen riot, we do not need to go out of the nexus guns blazing during a riot. This could easily be settled with riot shields and this would make it much easier to grab the citizen riot pack leaders. It could also be used for basic apartment sweeps, after all, it is more realistic for units to be entering apartments with a shield in hand.

This could work, but I feel the CSU could develop this one in-character, and there could be events beforehand to give a reason for having them ICly.

Yes, this would make sense but the CCA should already have this type of equipment...just look at their resources and other equipment. Either way, I would love to see this in the game.
