I have been with the Impera community for quite a while now. I am on almost every little day. I will continue to gain more hours onto the server until the server is shut down or something happens to it. How many other SeriousRP servers have you played on?: About twenty maybe? I've played on a lot. I have a lot of experience on Serious Roleplay servers, Impera was the first Half-Life Two Roleplay server I have been on. And so far I think its the best serious roleplay server that is out there is.  Are you part of any other Garry's Mod servers or communities?: I am not apart of any other Garry's Mod servers right now, the reason I decided to try out a Half-Life Two roleplay server, was because I was watching videos on Half-Life Two,  and I decided to try one out. This was a great experience for me, everyone else was surprisingly friendly, as most communities are toxic. Do you understand that inactivity will lead to a demotion?: Yes, I understand that inactivity will lead to a demotion. Tell us a little about you: Well, I have a lot of experience with staffing experience. I have been staff on so many servers it's hard to count. I love playing on serious roleplaying servers, and I am taking an online class, so that might be able to raise my activity. Why should we accept you? What can you bring to the table?: I can bring an extra, capable staff member (me).  I am extremely active, and I am on every day. The only time I was gone was when I was on a trip for 3+ days. After that, I have been on every day, and I'm usually on when only two or three people are on. Situational Questions: ___________________________________________________ [i]Assume you are an administrator in all situations.[/i] Situation #1: Someone contacts you to teleport them to Shell Beach because that's where they were when they logged off. You have no proof of this. What do you do? I wouldn't teleport them anywhere, even if they had solid evidence. Heres why, if I teleported them, then it would be growing more and more common for members to ask to be teleported somewhere. If someone really wanted to get there, they could just take a stroll through the sewers and get there that way. Situation #2: You have a running history with a member of staff that constantly gets of your nerves. Today he's banned a valuable player that you didn't think deserved it and it's pissing you off. What do you do? Well, most likely this valuable player would take it up with Devil if it really wasn't right. Although, I would gather evidence and give it to Devil, avoiding the staff member that banned him so I can avoid any more drama or conflict. Situation #3: There haven't been rations for the last four hours possibly due to an oversight of your superiors, players are complaining OOC about the lack of events. What do you do? First of all, I would get a gamemaster on to create an event, if they can. I would then ask a i3 to start a ration cycle. Situation #4: A player is bunnyhopping in plaza using /y to say racial slurs and interrupts serious roleplay. What do you do? I would bring him to a spot where he isn't bothering anyone. I would then talk to him, and attempt to talk him out of minging and try to get him to actually roleplay like everyone else. If he refuses I would ban him for a day, and tell him to come back when he decides he would like to roleplay with the rest of the community. Situation #5: You are in the middle of a next-level, fantastic roleplay situation in the slums involving a drug trade that has been planned for a couple days with two other players. You are the only administrator on and a player sends in admin-chat Hello, can I please speak to an admin about my content issues? What do you do? I would sort out the problems through PMs, while the other members of the roleplay situation do there /me's and stuff like that. If it can't be solved through PM's, I would teleport to him and deal with the problem there, and sort it out quickly before returning to the roleplay situation.[/b][/b][/color]
