[b]Out Of Character Section: How long have you been playing on serious roleplaying servers?: Hm, I have been playing on serious roleplaying servers for quite a while now. I've played on numerous servers that are said to be 'Serious Roleplay'. Most of them have been Star Wars Roleplay, as that is the most common game mode for 'Serious Roleplay'. I do not care for Military Roleplay as the communities are almost always bad. Their characters often act like hard-asses, but when they take that out of character, in OOC and in admin situations. It is unnecessary and very annoying. I think it is safe to say that I have played on over thirty serious roleplay servers. Most of them I have either been staff or a senior member. As the last server, I was on died out, the owner decided to go on an abuse spree and the most of the community left him, as he started acting like a complete asshole. I left him as well. Do you understand the order-of-rank system similar to the military, and are willing to take orders?: I understand the order-of-rank system similar to the military, and I am willing to take orders. As I said before, I was on over thirty serious roleplay servers. And, unless there is a serious roleplay server that is Dark Roleplay, then most Serious Roleplay servers involve ranks. Do you understand all rogue actions involving the CCA must be approved by a super-administrator?: Yes, I understand all rogue actions involving the CCA must be approved by a super-administrator. What is your timezone?: The Pacific Time Zone. What is the goal of the CCA/MPF?: The goal of the Combine Civil Authority is to sustain sociastability within their sector/city. Their duty is to take care of any uncivil behavior, or in other words, take care of those who refuse to obey the combine, such as the rebels. They also are to enforce and maintain union law. Why should we accept you for CCA/MPF?: I think you should accept me into the Combine Civil Authority because I will remain loyal to the server, and not abuse any of the powers given to me. I will not ever abuse when I leave if that is to ever happen. I am very active. I know I haven't proven that so far, but I was on a trip. I will start being far more active that I have been. I also think you should accept me because I have experience. I have played on a few other servers, and I have been Combine Civil Authority once before so I have the basic understanding of it. So putting all of that together and mixing it up, I think you have a competent Officer. Which divisions would you most be interested in?: I would be interested mostly in either APEX or GRID. Character's Backstory (150 words minimal): Enzo Kan had a tough life. He was raised with very tough parents, they somehow knew there was going to be an invasion, they were thought to be crazy. They never said what was going to invade, they just said an alien species were going to invade and take over in less than a day. So they prepared his son for the invasion, not like it was going to make any difference. At the age of two, he was taught or rather forced to walk. At the age of three, they taught him to exercise constantly. When we learned to read, or forced to read, he loved to read. It was one of his favorite hobbies, he basically absorbed the books.  So he became an above-average man that constantly studied and trained to be stronger. [i]Situations _______________________________________[/i] Situation #1: Unit #65032, your best friend since you joined the CCA together, has been rejecting his metro police rations, not consuming them regularly. He says this is to allow him to be more capable in the field but you notice his hands shaking and his strength weakening. What do you do? Do you mention this to High-Command? First of all, I would talk to him about it, and see whats wrong. I would try to resolve the situation there, if it does work I would make a note of it to high-command in case he does it again. If he doesn't start taking his rations I would inform high command right there and then. Situation #2: Units #79275, #59278, and you(#95273) are initiating patrol around the outskirts of the town, D1, D2, and D3 as per DvL instruction. Give an in-character radio of what you will announce to the active police force to make them aware of your activity: Starting a 10-50 with 792 and 592, 10-20 D1, D2, D3. Situation #3: An Irish citizen, height 5'2" and weight 120lbs approaches you with a sickly stature. He says that he has not been given enough rations and quite loudly demands more. What do you do? I would tell him to take it up with a rank that can handle that. But before that I would tell him to calm down, you will get your rations soon.
