Today he's banned a valuable player that you didn't think deserved it and it's pissing you off. However, after reading each answer, you proved that you don't need length to be coherent and responsible for situations.  You being a personal friend of mine, I've seen you operate in the past, and I believe you're a wonderful choice for an administrator. Looking from an entirely objective point of view (Which should be expected from all members during a staff app) in our past time administrating together, you occasionally let your personal emotions get involved in your discussions/decisions. I have limited time spent interacting with him, but here is my own opinion. You meme a lot - and that's the reason why, like you've said, a lot of people do not take you seriously. However, in the short time of speaking with you, you legitimately did appear to recognize the issue and that you needed to take steps in order to remedy this. I came to you asking for help, and you quickly changed your tone and got me the information I needed. My opinion leans in the direction of a +support, under the condition that I see that he's been going forward on the steps that he made note of. (You don't need to quit being meme all the time, just.. make it LESS meme.)

I believe there is room to improve on before becoming part of the staff. Like some have said already, you sometimes just lose control or meme out just too much. It is concerning and while most of us enjoy a good joke every once in awhile, we still take out positions  very seriously. I think while you are valuable as a player, you should show to us that you are willing to look professional and handle the responibility of handling players. You can do these without get administrator powers or flags. Just show positive attitude towards players and refrain from calling people names or even joking about being disrepectful towards other people.  I have no question of you being able to handle the power as your application shows you understand how it is to be a staff member. Crungo, I really like you but these are things I hope you consider when you act in certain ways infront of our staff members. Because most of us watch everything potential staff members do and say. [b]I totally agree with EdBoi, Crungo, you are a good person, and I think you'd be decent at staff, but you meme way too much, and staff is suppose to be the image of the server, and frankly, I wouldn't be comfortable with you being the image of the server at this time, but you can improve.  You also said that you can be serious WHEN NOT JOKING AROUND, Crungo, for the past 2 and a half weeks, I have not seen you been serious once, like, nada, at all, which makes me come to a personal opinion that you aren't really that serious.  Some personal experiences I've had with you are being told to kill myself, and telling me that NO ONE in the community likes me, which is why I can easily say that without a doubt, you will do it even after you become staff, if you do.  I think you're a great Role-Player, but I cannot stand to see you as the role model for community members right now, and you have room for improvement until I change my opinion.   [size=200][color=#27ae60]+Support[/color][/size] [size=100](EDIT: He's proved he can be taken seriously, and he's gained my +Support (He apologized as well)[/size][/b]
